Newwave EITS

EITS Remote Support Application

The EITS system is designed to streamline monitoring and support, in a distributed branch environment, for IT consultants.

EITS is a Windows based client application written in Delphi that will provide a unified interface to the various services provided by the EITS server.

The EITS is an integrated, easy to manage remote support application allowing IT administrators to monitor and support services in a dispersed environment.

How it works:

An IT Consultant logs in to the EITS web services and is authenticated against the central RADIUS server. The web service then returns the list of servers in that users role which determines what branches they may see and access.

Titian Servers are displayed in a tree structure, along with their on-line status.

They are sorted alphabetically and grouped in to user defined collections that can assist in refining user access.

This list is then polled every four minutes (subject to change) and individual items are flagged for attention.

Flagged as red indicates that EITS has detected a problem with a server
Each category/group can have its own "system account" that may add and remove users through the EITS server web interface as well as categorize the servers.
